Evening Focused Role to Start

I’m looking for a thoughtful, growth oriented therapist who is motivated, collaborative, and values high quality care to join my out-of-network private practice.
This role is designed to meet high client demand for evening sessions.
To start, this position will focus on evening availability, with the opportunity to expand into daytime hours as your caseload grows.
What this role looks like:
Start with 3–4 evenings per week (4–9pm) to meet current client demand
Build a full caseload quickly through high inquiry volume
Opportunity to expand into daytime hours over time based on your preferences and availability
Hybrid schedule: in person (Midtown Manhattan) and telehealth
This role offers:

Strong Referral Stream: Consistent demand, especially for evening sessions
What you’ll do:
Provide individual therapy to adult clients
Conduct consultation calls with prospective clients
Manage your own scheduling and maintain 15–25 client sessions/week
Complete timely documentation
Participate in case consultation, team meetings, and professional development
For MHC-LPs: Attend weekly 1 hour supervision with me
For LMHCs: Participate in weekly check ins for first 3 months for mutual support and fit
This role is for you if you:
Are an LMHC or MHC-LP in New York
Can consistently offer 3 - 4 evenings per week (4 - 9pm) to start
Are warm, organized, and communicate clearly
Value growth, collaboration, and doing meaningful work
Logistics & compensation:
W-2 or 1099 (dependent on licensure)
Starting pay: around $70 - $100/session, starting rate, with room to grow
CEU reimbursement
Midtown Manhattan office & telehealth
