I’m seeking a compassionate, motivated therapist to join my out-of-network private practice.
This role offers:

What You’ll Do:
Provide individual therapy to adult clients in a supportive, client-centered, ethical manner
Conduct consultation calls with prospective clients
Manage your own scheduling and maintain 15–25 client sessions/week
Complete accurate and timely documentation
Participate in case consultation, team meetings, and professional development
For MHC-LPs: Attend weekly 1 hour supervision with me (supportive, collaborative)
For LMHCs: Participate in weekly check ins for first 3 months for mutual support and fit
This Role Is For You If You:
Are an LMHC or MHC-LP licensed in New York
Have warmth, flexibility, and strong interpersonal skills
Communicate clearly and are well organized
Can work 1 - 2 evenings per week
Enjoy supporting clients navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, attachment, and life transitions
Value collaboration, growth, and making a meaningful impact
Are comfortable using the therapeutic modality of your choice
Logistics & Compensation:
W-2 employment or 1099 contractor (dependent on licensure)
Starting pay: around $70 - $100/session, depending on licensure, with room to grow
CEU reimbursement for professional development
Flexible hybrid schedule (in person & telehealth)
