Virtual therapy offers the convenience of receiving support from the comfort of your own space, making it easier to stay consistent and fit sessions into your schedule.

We provide secure video sessions to clients located in New York where we’re licensed to practice.

Sessions are held through Simple Practice, a HIPAA-compliant platform designed specifically for therapy.

You’ll receive email and/or text reminders 24 hours and 10 minutes before your session, each with a direct link to join our video call.
